Throughout the history of Fibromyalgia, this disease has been strangely hard to identify and analyze on the grounds that it shows up, at first look, to be something else. Perhaps its symptoms including musculoskeletal pain, fatigue, mood swings, and memory loss, are genuinely common.
To give some point of view 1 in 70 people, almost ladies, in the US really have fibromyalgia.
However, there is stunning news for all of us. For those who have this horrible condition, hyperbaric oxygen treatment has made some diversion changing ground in medicine. Women who attempted hyperbaric oxygen treatments were able to reduce or completely wipe out their requirements for pain medication, found by the Researchers from Tel Aviv University.
As per belief of Researchers, the primary cause of fibromyalgia is a disturbance of brain mechanisms that are responsible for processing pain.
“For me, as a physician, the most important finding is that 70 percent of the patients could recuperate from their fibromyalgia symptoms. For the world of research, the most amazing finding, however, is that we were able to map the malfunctioning brain regions responsible for the syndrome… The intake of [the pain medication they were taking] facilitated the pain but did not reverse the condition. But hyperbaric oxygen treatments actually reverse the condition…
Hyperbaric oxygen treatments are designed to address the actual reason of fibromyalgia – the brain pathology in charge of the syndrome.

how it works? how can I have access to it? I am from Italy
I have had this horrible disease for about 10+years. Pain meds only nock the edge off and sometimes they do nothing but make you feel sick, side effects are horrible. Ow many sessions are needed with this and does insurance cover this.
Insurance covers hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) for about 15 different conditions, but fibro isn’t one of them. For most conditions, about 20 sessions are needed. Different places charge different fees. Mine was $200/session out of pocket. Treatment starts with two sessions per day, 2-3 times a week for 2-3 weeks. Then one session per day, 2-3 times a week for the duration of the 20 treatments. If positive results are achieved, treatment may be extended for an additional 20 sessions.
HBOT is relaxing and enjoyable. One lies in a chamber and listens to music, meditates, or watches videos. The only unpleasant sensation is popping of the ears, like when flying, at the beginning and end of the session.
Where?
Where do I find one of these?
Is this only for women
